Strawberries and Sunshine

Sometimes I wish all I had to do was run around in the sunshine with my kiddos and make them fabulously fun treats to eat. Well, that was the case one day last week. God turned up the sunshine and we added naked babies, ladybug Popsicles, oatmeal cookies, water and whole lot of fun.

Marbolous

Sometimes in the morning the after Asher has gone to school, the girls sneak into his room and play with his toys. Asher is generally good about sharing his toys with them, but I think they get extra excited to have free reign in his room. A few mornings ago they were having a blast with his marble run. The lighting was awesome and I couldn't resist the opportunity for a photo shoot.  Well most of us were having a good time....

Year Two!

Today was a funny day. The girls were so excited about their birthday. Asher had been informing them of all the exciting things for weeks. Cupcakes, candles, presents!!!! They had been singing the happy birthday song for days. We had some great family time and then had a little barbecue with the family and some close friends who are aunties and uncles to the girls. I just can't help but keep tearing up. It goes too fast, they are not babies anymore. Where does the time go?  My favorite part of the day was after the party. I was cleaning up the kitchen and Aaron was outside on the patio. He called me outside and  I rushed out. BUT what he wanted me to see was our girls. They were playing inside with the new toy kitchen we made them. We sat outside and watched through the sliding glass door for a good few minutes before they noticed. It was so fun to see them play together so nicely. I love them with all my heart  XXOO
